I haven’t been able to redeem codes today.
Even with an invalid code, the little icon next to Redeem just spins for a while and the page eventually complains that it cannot contact reCAPTCHA

On a similar note, I still don’t see the redeem code button on android. Has it moved?
It was moved to Redeem Code – Gems of War for Mobile/PC
