My guild has completed the raid boss event through portal 6. I myself have just completed stage 4. When I collected my rewards, I thought I’d get all the rewards through portal 6, but I didn’t. I exited out of the rewards screen too fast to know exactly what I got, but I know I didn’t get what I expected because portal 4 gives an orb of chaos and I didn’t get one of those.

Because you changed Guilds.
Any portals your previous Guild had completed, if you did not remain in that Guild and collect the rewards, you then cannot collect them in your new Guild. You will only be able to collect any Portals unlocked while you are in the new Guild, that your past Guild had not already completed.
We always suggest you remain in a Guild till the end of the week, so you do not miss out on any rewards.
This is not a bug.
This is intentional to prevent players from jumping between Guilds during the week, doubling up on rewards
