Lucky for us they stumbled on the cause rather than needing to dig in their heels on the “working as intended” card. But holy smokes your devs need to stop going back to this not-a-bug-it’s-a-feature well.
We’re seriously expected to believe the abrupt arrival of “kingdom offers” with experience for already-maxed classes, was intended all along and nothing has changed.
We’re expected to buy that the astral spire’s 1-in-5 “chance to cast dispel on all enemies when my turn begins” was really meant to be only a 1-in-625 chance to dispel all four enemy troops, and also really meant to kick in on the ENEMY turn.
We’re expected to accept that immortal troops, despite providing troop levels, traits, pets, and weapons, were meant to contribute NONE of these to the kingdom they’re part of.
Players: “Hey, bug report, this thing isn’t working”
Devs: “NOT FIXING, YOU CAN’T PROVE WE EVER MEANT IT TO WORK SO HAHA PRESTO WE ALWAYS WANTED IT THIS WAY”
This is a petulant, trust-sabotaging, toxic way to handle feedback, and if your devs have enough self-awareness to see past their nose they know it.
This is literally all I was intended to report, just this. Yes, the team are working to have them trigger as intended, when you meet the requirements immediately.
As I mentioned in my original post, once I get an update on when that is going out I will share it.
I have had no update on if Immortals are still going to be excluded (all in that category, pets, weapons and troops) from these Kingdom tasks
Nothing is changing with them as a troop. It would literally just be how the tasks flag and recognise them if it changes
