Hey guys, I’m now in the position where all of my kingdoms are either at the current max level or are blocked by lack of Books of Deeds, so I was if anyone had worked out if it is better to set my sights at raising 1 or 2 kingdoms to Power Level 30 as they become available or continue to raise them all level by level, so get all to 27 then 28 etc?

Get magic kingdoms up first. Purple and green books. You won’t get as much effects from any other skills. Bonuses from PL 21-29 insignificant by itself.
Currently there are no magic kingdoms with PL 30 available. Stock pile your resources to the next year when probably some of them will.
