does he appear in chests besides in soulforge crafting him by having alot of ingredients?
No X is not in chests. That troop is exclusive to the SoulForge, just like Zuul’Goth.

well thanks I guess I’ll have to farm some more stuff just to craft him.
Also when I craft Xathenos will his 3 weapons be gone again?
No. Any weapons you craft are permanently part of your inventory.
