It means there are hints in the game files that strongly suggest that such a trait is coming. “Confirmation” can only come in one of two ways:
- A developer (trusted source) explicitly states a feature is coming; or
- The feature arrives and becomes publicly available without announcement.
Everything else is speculation. There are text strings and numeric fields in the game data that are unused, either remnants of the past, aborted experiments, or future changes to come. When something suddenly shows, it is reasonable to assume it will be a new feature (and some of those are posted to the forum in spoiler tags to share the knowledge). That does not mean the feature will ever see the light of day. This is why there are always disclaimers around everything I post that’s blurry.
