What is the gold symbol at the upper right corner of Queen Grapplepot?
It means you can request a ‘refund’ of your traitstones and souls that you have invested in her. This usually happens because of a change in the troop that makes the troop different (slightly less powerful) than when you originally spent the resources to trait/level the card.

It means she is available for refund. If you like, and for this week only, you can get back the souls and traitstones that you invested in her and return her to level 1 with no traits.
