In the old PvP system, I could get 0.8 level per fight, with practically guaranteed sureness. It was 30 levels, so for getting to L1, I needed about 40 wins. That totally could be done in a day or two, with the fixed team.
In the current PvP system, I can get 60-100 victory points per battle, without any guarantees. So it’s maybe averaged on 80. But now I need 6500 VP for all rewards, so it requires about 80 wins, on the same terms. So it doubled in length, even in minimal case. But actually it will not give me much from the new store then, as the store requires the stars, and the stars must be acquired in different zones, with the different requirements, that must be re-filled each week with the different teams. And it adds immensely to the length of the battles.
In result, PvP now is a slog, where it was a fun diversion.
As I see, the team don’t intend to allow team saving. But maybe at least they could remade restrictions closer to the old ones?
