I played against a team today that had 2 Scorpius and when the first cast it’s one time only spell the second lost it’s ability to cast too. Pretty sure it shouldn’t work like that and wasn’t sure if anyone is aware of it.
It’s designed this way because those spells are considered very powerful to be allowed a second cast, even if it comes from another troop.
It happens with Great Maw too.

Ok, seems like each one should get to cast it once.
@Ivar is correct. If you read the spell text it says “One-Shot Spell: This spell may only be cast once per battle.”
As such, it can only be cast once per match, not once per troop. I hope this clears things up.
