I fail to believe that I am supposed to be matching up against a lvl 17 with a sub-1,000 team score.

I’ve been getting them all morning too.
I guess I’m looking at it as a blessing. 2 of those matches pays more gold than 1 hard but I can do the easy ones in 1/4 the time. So I’m actually doubling my gold intake today.
I might be wrong but lvl 17 with a sub-1,000 team score seems like easy enough target. 
When i see them i use my explore team be cause it is faster then my pvp team.
