Power Saving option, does it work?

Does it work? I have tried with it on and off, hard to tell any difference.

for my device it works like this:

  1. turn on power saving, then restart.
  2. game become 30 fps at max, all effects and texts are delayed to the end of the turn.
  3. if you change graphic setting, all “power saving” effect completely gone and i assume is replaced with highest graphic setting available. to undo this is to restart.
  4. regardless of your graphic setting, at restart, you always have the same setting if you turn on power saving.
