Power creep does not do it justice

PvP is an exercise is frustration. Excluding the suicidal throwaway teams, I think the average enemy move results in at least one additional move. Half the time those moves result in the deaths of more than one of my troops.

It used to be that there were one (or a few) problem teams that needed balance. At this point, there are so many grossly overpowered teams, weapons and traits that matches are over within a few turns and nearly always dependent on the RNG. Either the board says you win or it doesn’t.

There used to be strategy involved in this game. Maybe not a ton, but it’s gone now. Hard to believe it’s progressed so rapidly. What a mess.
