What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I completed game#5 in an arena run, and was victorious. It showed me the victory screen, and then it showed me that I earned an Arcane Skull Traitstone (I was literally cheering!), but then when it faded (I did not click) it came up with the scrolling circle of loading, and this did not go away.
I checked that my internet was stable (it was), but the scrolling circle did not disappear. I let it run for five minutes, before I alt-F4’d my Gems of War.
When I reloaded, I checked how many arcane skulls I owned, it was 2, but I believe it was 2 before the arena run.
I continued my arena run, and it did award me the victory.
Is it possible that I didn’t receive the traitstone?
What are the steps to make it happen again?
I doubt I can do that.

I almost did, just because it was an arcane skull traitstone, but I didn’t realise I would be needing to make this post.
