Sent in a trouble ticket but they closed it and sent me a link to here.
Whenever you clear 5 battles in events like this weeks spirits of spring extra, an upgrade a level, stay at the same level or go down a level pops up occurs. If you’re not careful or ready for it, it defaults to downgrading a level. Forcing someone to downgrade definitely seems like a glitch. Could you please either change the default to keep your current level or upgrade a level. If not maybe have some way to fix it if you make an unexpected pop up selection that you didn’t want.
They added a small delay with the 4 bonuses that randomly pop when doing explore (like merchant, angel, etc…)
