( looking for support for those who actually care enough about their own finances and gameplay to proceed further than just simple ignored grievance)
(Expectations:
A) Reasonable, rational, logical resolution to current ignored issues.
B) Change in policies that will improve customer service and solution time.
C) Customers we’re looking for a more honest both financially and morally solution then what was given to them will respond accordingly.)
(Personal note and point of reference following.)
I have been a long time customer since the very first puzzle game that was released decades ago. I have been a loyal and faithful customer because of Steve and his wife being open and honest with me all those years ago. I expected the same out of the companies that followed. That did not happen.
Not only do I feel deceived, misused, lied to, took an advantage of etc etc I also feel anger, hatred, animosity because of the immoral violation and manipulation of things that have went on with this particular game and those that manage it.
- Content purchased has been advertised as one thing only to end up being something else a few weeks or a few months later. What you bought and paid for has been altered, changed, and in some cases deleted. Technically this will fall under “bait and switch scams” as any Court has already solidified that deals with such things.
Fortunately this company isn’t as bad as other companies that I will not need to mention that other customers already know full well about.
Court cases have already been won against those companies via one way or another.
- Companies that provide services to those in another country whether it be material or otherwise must abide by the laws & Rights of that country that they provide services to. (There are a lot of details in the laws of what they must abide by. This is not the place to list all that here.)
Yet, for me on multiple occasions throughout the years and even recently has the governing company that governs the gems of war game and purchases violated such laws and rights accordingly.
I have heard countless stories of this happening to others as well who file, or submit tickets that are completely ignored repeatedly, myself included. Many of these original players simply quit playing the game. Unfortunately, some of these players that were probably some of the best people in the world, are now dead. The people who knew them miss them deeply. They are remembered in a very poetic metaphysical metaphorical etc kind of way every time those that knew them continue to play the game or have also long since moved on. The place for all that poetry is not here so I will avoid that emotional memorial.
For players that remain this creates problems, of various sorts including guild disruptions, gameplay disruptions, purchase disruptions etc along with other ways to describe it with other words that are equally as true.
The bottom line is that it affects multiple players even though it happens to just one player at a time. Other people including guilds suffer.
And that is what bothers me the most. When it ends up hurting someone else because of the mismanagement and misjudgment of those and charge who do or don’t do a thing with the individual customer without any realization, responsibility, etc to others that it also may affect.
“You didn’t just hurt me, you hurt someone else we care about” and other like-minded sentiments
Personally, for me, this has upset me so much that having just basic indigestion over it would be an improvement. It has physically caused me damage even to our neurological exacerbation.
To put it simply, it makes me have really bad nerves and break out in fits of justified rage and communication like I had tourettes.
At this point I can’t tell the difference and neither can the doctors.
It wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t spent so much damn money in this game. Not just for myself yet for guild members that I was with at the times.
I don’t know what else to do except this, because every other method has failed including various forms of support. As it has failed for so many others and according to reports, the majority of customers that has endured the same kind of issues.
I am grateful enough to know that company policies cannot override legal laws and rights of a country. Yes I know it happens anyway, legally it shouldn’t and I’m glad to know that there is progress being made even if people have to go and win court cases in the doing. It’s unfortunate it must come to that.
That’s not what I want here. I am doing everything that I can to ensure that I don’t have to go through that personally for multiple reasons, there are decent people that I care about that still may work for this company and I don’t want it to reflect poorly on those people because it will. Why do you think Microsoft has had severe layoffs from time to time? Chain of events never change. Let’s not get into all that right now this is not the place for it.
Self-correction.
In closing and to put it simply, I just want it to stop I want the nonsense to stop because it’s not just hurting me it’s hurting others also. And there are many customers who can say the same things that I just said yet they have no hope whatsoever to even attempt what I just did for a solution not only for myself, yet also for everyone else who’s dealing with the same thing.
