Next vault is… August 3rd. New mythic week.

Now that everyone is winding down on the mythic pulling things are smoothing out some but still I know it’s not just a coincidence.
Your servers can only handle so much.
So all you have to do is rearrange scheduling to not conflict with each other.
The next new mythic is Friday August 7th. The next vault weekend would be four weeks from this weekend unless they change the schedule to insert something, and therefore would be July 31st through August 2nd.
I agree that the overlap is a problem. But I also believe that it’s a case of negligence and/or stupidity and not one of malice. The two overlap when the cycles correspond, but now they’ll be “out of sync” for a number of months.
You guys do realize that their servers are running all the time and they are about 10 years old. There is your problem right there, and I doubt they hardly do any maintenance.
I used to play Blizzard games back in the day (and still do), and they always update their servers about once a month to keep things up-to-date. You obviously have to shut everything down for some time to update things, but the process makes everything run more smoothly.
I know that this game is on a skeleton crew, but the same concept might need to happen. Wednesday would probably be the best day to update their servers because there are no additional events running, and we cannot rescue additional pets.
@Santandrix the vault weekends and how the server has been impacted has been on my list of things to raise with the team, just been a bit extra caught up with pre 9.3 work and a few other things happening in the background.
