Is there any way of getting an answer for a ticket #137493 at zendesk? My guildmate have a chat-ban lasted for a 13 days in a row and don’t even know why, or when he wold be free.
They will never reply to anyone who isn’t the banned person. They have said this publicly. And will only reply if the banned person posts in here. And if the banned person is banned from posting in here then it’s tough luck. They have also said this publicly. I waited 6 months to get even that out of them. They also reserve the right to ban you for any reason, real or imagined, permanently , with zero recourse to even appeal it. Good luck

They do not reply to Zen desk tickets about bans…at all…ever

They don’t. Anywhere. They’ve literally said ban appeals have zero priority. If you get banned for something you think is wrong it’s literally tough. It’s not a democracy. They can and will ban you for even a perceived infraction.
