Player retention should be prioritized over monetization

Lucky you! I’ve got 4 unique dragons from the first 4 eggs. Later, I’ve got 5th unique dragon on egg №8. Right now I’ve crafted egg №15 and I still can’t get Lunarelleon.

Happy to see that someone is lucky enough to demolish the luckiness of the game AI!

Abso-flipping-lutely, correct!

I have all of the gem dragons. I am missing one cosmic dragon. I only pulled one dupe on the gem dragons. I can’t remember what I felt about that. Honestly. But I have pulled one dupe on the cosmic dragons. Even though that is only my second dupe for ALL of these egg dragons (I have been luckier than most!), I had a very negative reaction to it.

I see people with double digits of multiple dragons and wow… I would have quit the game.

I think a separate thread on this issue will not help at all, as well as player feedback on other issues.
Devs are not interested in this at all.
GoW devs are capable of is introducing new features into the game with a bunch of mistakes and a lack of balance, so that they can fill their pockets with money as quickly as possible, without caring about the players at all and without fixing old problems.

For example, did you “break” GW with the introduction of a new PVP? Well, OK, it happens… But with a normal development process and a human attitude towards users, when critical errors are identified in a new release, it is urgently rolled back to a complete fix.
And what do we have here? - only the torment and pain of the players…

No one is interested in correcting old mistakes and implementing functions that players have been asking for so long and that do not bring money.

Let’s, for example, look at the game, how much the developers think dragonite costs (of course, dragonite and diamonds can be obtained from time to time and for free, but nevertheless):

  • I have 60 dragonite in my dungeon worth 300 diamonds
  • the cost of one dragon is 550 dragonite = 550 / 60 * 300 = 2750 diamonds
  • in the store, 1,500 diamonds cost $ 99.99 in the basic. You need to pay $ 183 for 2,750 diamonds
Here it is, the “monetization” of one dragon mining attempt - $ 183.

Then see for yourself how many extra copies of the dragon you don’t need in this “exciting” and “fun” roulette from the developers. Of course, this is a lot of “fun”, but not for the players, but for the developers.
Do you hope that they are able to refuse this?

Many players have left and will leave again without instant (!!!) problem solving.
I still have vip15, but it will remain that way, the devs will not receive another cent from me for this attitude.
I was ready to pay for my favorite GoW, but over time the game only gets worse and I no longer have any hopes for improvement.
No GW, terrible new PVP, the same type of recurring weekly events with rewards without any respect for the players.
There is almost nothing else to do in the game.
“With respect” to the devs…
