Pirate's Signet missing in Soulforge

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Pirate’s Signet is an old Blackhawk Raid Boss weapon supposed to be up for crafting during Blackhawk week. It’s currently missing in the Soulforge, there’s only Ocean’s Protector, Captain’s Cutlass and Flintlock of Blackhawk.

Unfortunately all Weapons Released during Campaign 3 won’t be craftable until Campaign 5 at the earliest.

I’m saying that as a lampoon in hopes that Salty doesn’t actually confirm my ridiculous statement as true.
