What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
This refers to a guildmates of mine who doesn’t have a forum account. Upon purchasing tier 1 from the pet event for 25 gems, the rewards should have been 1000 gold and 1 basket. Instead, different rewards were received. It was the Hellpuppy event if that helps.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Unclear. Other guildmates have bought the same tier and got the expected rewards
