What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
If a pet event is starting at some time, it looks like you wanted to display a countdown timer. But I presume no pet event is scheduled yet, so there’s nothing for the format strings and I see “Pet rescue starts in %1h and %2m.”
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Probably until you schedule the pet event.
