The next 2 Kingdoms are Drifting Sands (finally the damn Yellow/Brown!) and Blighted Lands. Even the PC crowd doesn’t know what the next Kingdom after that is.
the answer to your statement is primal it is always primal. Primal is always there hidden by the clouds.

I’m pretty sure the developers said that Primal is for the Imps and they have no plans to make it an actual Kingdom.
