[pending fixed in hotfix] Epic Trials offer wrong pet for kingdom under certain conditions

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When launching Epic Trials from the Games menu I was presented with a battle for the wrong kingdom’s starry pet. Upon winning the battle I not surprisingly got a cliffy error and had to restart the game.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This first happened to me today. The bug will happen every time if the recreation steps are followed, but it will work correctly every time if launched from the Kingdom window instead.

Steps to make it happen again
After tinkering around a bit, I found this was consistently reproducible. First view another kindgom’s Trials menu and then immediately launch the Epic Trials from the Games menu. This will open the weekly kingdom’s Trial menu with the starry pet from the last kingdom viewed offered for the next battle. See screenshots above.

Hi Jeto.

Yeah, I have the same. I recorded a small video to show you that it’s true, which Kingdom you visited the last, that kingdom’s epic trial is opening no, I didn’t try to play so I don’t know which pet I will get as a reward.

This should be fixed with the hotfix

Yeah, I can still reproduce it at will too, even though the weekly kingdom has changed. I also tried it with a lower level alt account that doesn’t have the epic trials unlocked, and while it doesn’t show the starry pet it still crosses up the teams between kingdoms.

If you complete the battle like that it just throws a cliffy error, so you don’t end up getting either one.
