[pending] Astral Spire: Time Warp possibly not working as advertised (or at all)

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Expected 20% of enemy extra turns to be denied, so went to Goblin PvP to purposely let them loop and see the effect at work. Not a single time in half an hour of testing did I notice the effect trigger.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
All the time since acquiring Time Warp

Steps to make it happen again
Acquire Time Warp, and watch nothing happen.

I just bought this stone;
Went to underspre dayli and instantly got enemy’s 4x match rejected extra turn (no text appeared as well). So it works, maybe some other conditions

Also prevents 4x matches extra on Arena, tested

Will test some more in PvP in a region without potions, to eliminate that additional factor.

Maybe they coded something the wrong way around? It’s supposed to work in PvP, it’s not supposed to work in Arena.

Still unable to observe it in PvP despite multiple tries in Dwarf and Yellow regions.

Works in Zaejin Explore, both in 4+ matches and when enemy casts spell.

Didn’t know how tiring it can get to try to play poorly for long periods of time in order to try to give opponent 4+ matches :sweat_smile:

Maybe they can at least double check this, since there aren’t necessarily many of us able to test this node yet. :crossed_fingers:

So not working in PvP.

What are the odds that when they coded for not PvP defense or GW (as below) they actually coded not PvP full stop!

All bonuses unlocked from the Astral Spire only apply when you are attacking.

So, when someone faces you in PvP (your defense team), your Astral Spire bonuses do not apply.

They also do not apply in Guild Wars at all. Even in your attack team.

Additionally, the Hero Board buffs only apply if your Hero is on your attacking team.

Consistently able to observe the effect in PvP now: observation error? delayed activation? RNG?

..either way likely not worth investigating unless more reports come in later on.
