I checked again and it says Karamel 1 - maybe not a space between l and 1???
Also, I play on a PC - does that matter?

I tried all kinds of combinations I could think of. The only player it finds are “KARAMEL” and “KARAMEL_1”, both in a guild. If one of them is you, you have to leave your guild before I can invite you.
Otherwise I am running out of ideas. You did give me the invite code, right? Not the character name?
