can someone explain to me what’s really going on with a new event when it comes to picking the event stones?
Stone color is based on troop color. Troop color is based on lore/flavor, balance, and synergy, and doesn’t necessarily take previous weeks’ colors into consideration.

I’m sorry, I asked a question a little imprecise. I was concerned about collecting stones from the event, but I came to this

All you have to do is kill beast type troops. The 3rd challenge in Maugrim Woods will give you 4 stones for every fight. Or you can hope that people are kind enough to change their defense teams. I did, but I’m just thoughtful like that.
