Wednesday 18 februari I bought an Orb of Power in the Soulforge and I didn’t get it. I got nothing att all. I spend a lot of time saving up for it, because I needed a last Orb of Power to be able to buy Zuul’Goth. So I’m very disappointed I didn’t get it and I lost all these resources. The week before I got one with the holiday event where you can play 3 battles every day. I send the conversation below. Yesterday there were 2 other players in game chat who said they lost the Orb of Power they got via the Holiday event. So make sure you make a video when you earn or buy something expensive like that orb of power.

It took me a lot of time and saving to get all the resources to buy my 8th power of orbs in soulforge. I earned it by doing a lot of battles and that took a lot of time from me. So I could finally by Zuul’Goth. So I’m certain I’m right. So now I really feel betrayed. Your answer is unjustified. I encountered a bug and can not prove anything because this never happened before to me. But from now on I’m going to take photo’s and make video’s so I can prove it to you if it happens again. Because it isn’t fair at all. I never thought you wouldn’t believe me. That makes me really sad and it hurts. It takes a lot of time to get the good troops. So I hope you will reconsider your decision. I’m very certain of it, because I regularly checked on my resources to see what I yet needed to buy Stellatrix and Zuul’Goth. I hurts a lot people say I’m lying to them

In no way I am saying you are a liar, I am just telling you what I can view in your account data. We do not have any bugs that affect how any of your totals are displayed in-game, as that would be a known issue and everyone would experience it.
Without any screenshots from you, I can only tell you what I can see in your data, which is that you crafted this Orb and you received it.
Again, at no point have I said you are lying. I can only go off the facts in front of me, which is what I can see. There is also no benefit to me to lie about what I am seeing in your account data.
As I cannot assist you further, I will close this ticket.
