[Not a Bug] Shiny tokens for Grand Inquisitor and Sheggra not available

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
The recent shiny keys reward coding error has revealed that shiny tokens for Grand Inquisitor and Sheggra are not available from shiny keys or shiny dust. After reaching shiny level 3 with all other troops, I expected to receive shiny tokens for both Grand Inquisitor and Sheggra, but only received shiny dust when spending additional shiny keys and shiny dust.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
First noticed after claiming and spending the 13397 shiny keys from the Flowers in Bloom event. After reaching shiny level 3 (35 tokens) for all other shiny-eligible troops, only dust was received from spending more shiny keys and shiny dust.

Steps to make it happen again
Reach shiny level 3 with all shiny-eligible troops, then spend shiny keys and/or shiny dust. Observe no tokens for either Grand Inquisitor or Sheggra are received.

Sheggra shiny tokens were rewards in the first new Guild Wars; I don’t remember if it was said at the time if/when it would be added to the shiny key pool.

Hello,

This isn’t a bug.

Shiny Tokens for new Shiny Legendaries introduced during Guild Wars will go into Shiny Chests 2-3 months after the event, this is the case for Sheggra. This was mentioned in a news blog here

The Shiny Tokens for the Grand Inquisitor will go into the Shiny Chest in 3-4 weeks after the Legends Reborn Event. This was mentioned in a news blog here

Given the time that has past since these events, it won’t be too much longer until these tokens will be available in chests.
