How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Could be refreshed yesterday afternoon. Bugs begins last night. Hasn’t worked out yet.

There are limitations to regional bonuses as per the patch notes:
- There are limitations to how many Silver Mark bonuses you can collect in a day, based on your league. These limits relax the higher you go.
2 for Bronze League - Levels 1 to 100
3 for Silver League - Levels 101 to 250
4 for Gold League - Levels 251 to 500
5 for Platinum League - Levels 501 to 1000
Unlimited for Emerald League and above (there are 10 Leagues) - Levels 1001+
