[Not a bug - Purchase Issue]Xbox Purchase Issue - Guild Elite

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I purchased the Guild Elite package through the game on Xbox One. I received a confirmation email from Microsoft that I made the purchase, but the items have not been received, even after hard booting my xbox.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
As far as I can tell, in the last 24 hours. A guildmate complained this morning of not receiving the Dungeon pack after paying for it.

Steps to make it happen again
I’m guessing, make a purchase, but I’m not trying to make it happen again.

This finally came through to me a half hour later. During that time, the option to purchase again was available, and the payment screen would load.
