What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting the event name and lore to be translated into the game languages, respectively. Only the English versions were provided.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It is currently visible in the guild menu for international players (see Screenshot 1)
Might happen with release of the event tomorrow, if no last minute changes are being committed to the event. In the case those are done, I will mark this bug as invalid accordingly.
