What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I decided to upgrade to the paid pvp pass today. After spending the money, I expected to unlock and receive all of the locked/paid rewards in the pass.
Instead, what happened was I only received the final reward (5 major chaos orbs) and absolutely none of burning marks, immortal souls or monolith sigils.
I did also submit a ticket.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Who knows? But after the fiasco with the library pass, its starting to feel like the step(s) to not get what you paid for are simply, attempt to buy something.*

If you purchase a premium pass after any rewards are unlocked, they are mailed to you.
Confirmed Tresk had their rewards sitting in their inbox, ready for collection.
I get tickets about PvP Pass and Campaign Pass often of players missing the rewards, when they are just mailed out to you. Which has always been the case for the Campaign Pass.

But wow, I KNEW I should have screen shotted my mailbox. But I wasn’t looking for a game of “gotcha.” Mail was the first place I looked. I even logged off and on. I changed devices. Looked multiple times. Waited and did it all again. All of that before submitting a ticket. Some of us aren’t new.
I have no idea why there was a delay on them showing on my end, or how long that delay was. But if you “get tickets about PvP Pass and Campaign Pass often of players missing the rewards, when they are just mailed out to you.,” it might be worth looking into.
