[NOT A BUG] Missing crystal tokens

I purchased tire IV on the world event “Hidden Treasure”
also corrected stage 9 rewards

Tire IV should given 9 crystal tokens.
The stage 9 rewards should given 7 tokens
Total of 16 crystal tokens.

But, it only showing 2 crystal budges and one token.= 7 Tokens
The result is missing 9 Crystal tokens.
(Looks like missing purchased portion of tokens.)

iOS 15.02 iPad mini 5th generation

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:

Should have 16 crystal tokens = One medal and 2 budges and one token.
But only showing 2 budges and one token

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again

I have no idea if anyone is experiencing the same problem .
It seems missing the purchased portion of crystal tokens.

tried hard reset my iPad and restarted the GoW , but the result was the same.
showing only two budges.

How many medals do you have? 3 tokens become 1 badge and 3 badges become 1 medal.

I should have one medal and two budges with one token .

Any chance you upgraded a troop this week to bronze/silver/gold and possibly picked the wrong medal?

In the last push to get the 100 Gold Medaled troops achievement done last week, I stupidly used the Weekly Guild Event medal instead of Seasons and shot myself in the foot. Fortunately I only had to suffer through Saturday and Sunday without it. It’s definitely an easy pitfall even when you’re on the lookout for it.

Thanks according to the devs, looks like i made mistake by using Crystal Medal to upgrade the troop for Darkstone level 25 preparation which I really don’t remember using it. My apology .
