[Not a bug] Guild wars not giving Magic stat boost to Offense setup, but Defence teams have full Magic stat boosts

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
My magic spells should be casting with normal not reduced strength
This issue caused a loss at today’s GW Palce where the opp had full strength and I had 65% reduction.
Additional issues w GWs: opponent match paired my guild yesterday and today with much higher ranked guild. This is an ongoing issue for all except one of these new GWs events. Also we are seeing frequent issues with gaining extra turn on four-matches in PvP and GWs.
How often does this happen? Guild Wars and Explore today. When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
Do another GW or Explore battle.

I posted this earlier but pulled it pending additional investigation on my part. These are real, and crippling, issues.

Updating with an observation: my alliance pvp troop stats posted are apparently boosted because I belong to the Green alliance. That mystery is solved. What remains an issue then, is why the enemy in GW’s is given those alliance pvp stat boosts when I was not? I will observe more closely tomorrow and update again.

buddy, what boost are you talking about? on your 1st screenshot - it's a chance for mana surge - doubling mana when collecting 3 gems. boosting stats in guild war defense depends on the defense line.
