I noticed that Broken Spire has 212 more XP than it should.
For comparison, here’s Adana:
I’m pretty sure I’ve completed all the same tasks for both kingdoms. Unless there’s something I’m not accounting for, this is a bug.

Deed/book conversion gave xp. Underspire boss battles give xp, Underspire treasure chests give xp for the current kingdom. Event tiers give xp as well. And of course chrystal offers give xp. On top of kingdom tasks. Not all of them are big numbers. Some are smaller than others. So definitely not a bug at this point.

This is a new account for me, so deed and book conversions don’t count. I’ve never played Underspire, so the next two don’t count.
Crystal exchanges either give 100 or 300 XP, events give 200 XP and tasks give 300 XP.
All of these are divisible by 10, whereas 512 is not, so I still believe it to be a bug.
It appears you got 212 Kingdom XP for Broken Spire somewhere in the tutorial or even before the first tutorial battle.
Passed your account deets onto the team to look into further & get some clarity on whats intended or not.
So, the TLDR to this is:
Because of the existing data around Broken Kingdom unlocking as the first Kingdom, which differs from all the other Kingdoms, it starts with 212 XP.
Trying to change this so Broken Spire didn’t start with any XP was deemed a risk, so it was left unchanged when we updated the Kingdom levelling system.
Not a bug in the sense that it was intentionally left as is and so far, won’t be changed in future.
Feels like a bug because it is the only Kingdom that gives you starting XP.
