[Not a bug] Bonus increase for pet "Alex" not increasing

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:

I could be wrong but as per what is written on the pet card for “Alex”,

• level 5 (Ultra Rare) should be +2 Treasure Hunt Turns
• level 10 (Epic) should be +3 Treasure Hunt Turns
• level 15 (Legendary) should be +4 Treasure Hunt Turns
• level 20 (Mythic) should be +5 Treasure Hunt Turns

If I am correct then the bonus is not increasing as you level up this pet. I just ascended this pet to level 15 Legendary and the bonus stayed at +2 which also didn’t increase when I ascended the pet from level 5 Ultra Rare to level 10 Epic.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This has been the case since the pet was released.

Steps to make it happen again
Ascend the pet to the next ascension and use pet food to increase the level.

Works as intended, it gets half an extra turn at each threshold:

Cross sharing this here too just in case! Breakdown of the Alex Pet bonus using my own goes as follows;

• Alex with no upgrades or level 5 (+1 applied to the base); 10 starting turns
• Level 10 - 15 (+2 applied to the base); 11 starting turns
• Level 20 (+3 applied to the base); 12 starting turns

The bonus turns are applied to the base starting turns and do not stack on top of each other after each major level.

The explanation text at the bottom of the card is more confusing than helpful. Don’t bother trying to get it changed.
