I have a player in my guild having problems logging in the game ever since the anniversary troop and said they are trying to ban his account on xbox and he doesn’t even talk at all. He’s been playing since 2015. He didn’t do nothing wrong and I know for sure he didn’t so I’m not understanding why this is happening to him. Could there be a reason that he’s having trouble logging in?
It might help to describe a little more in detail what those problems exactly look like. How far does he get? Any error messages? Still possible to play? Problem happening ever time or only sometimes?
Its been happening since September 5th update 8.1. Now it won’t work normally. Has to try several attempts closing the game til it let’s them in. Keeps telling them to play gems game offline
all of the time you have spent lifting the bans is greatly appreciated, a friend of mine that you recently let back in didn’t know how to submit a request, they also do not know how they appeared to you to be cheating, my question is would you please, if it happens again, is there more you can do to be sure ban detection software is not a false positive?
