Global chat not working on playstation

Playstation 4 Click on the “yes” button to connect to global chat and received the message "we dont seem to be able to connect to the chat server right now. Please try again later. This started after the morning reset and i havent been able to connect since. Multiple guild members are epoting this issue in our psn chat
