[Reported] No pet awarded after reaching 2000 reknown in new delve

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Got to level 2000 on the new delve. Opened the chest after completing it. Collected my mail, no pet in the mail.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Ran a second run at level 500 and no pet.

Steps to make it happen again
Play the new delve on the playstation.

Phantom Fox’s Mana Burn doesn’t work either, it doesn’t count magic to the damage. So many bugs with this delve.

I can barely even afford to do this delve what with having bought 30 eggs and still no sixth dragon.

The pets of course can help in achieving pure faction but doubt if the devs will even address this before reset when it will be too horribly late.

He got given the wrong name in the pet mastery reward mail twice when I leveled him up just now:

(Steam, and if I exit out of Steam without collecting the rewards then open up the game on Android they’re the same placeholders there too.)
