Apparently you need to open up all other Kingdoms first. I can see on your screenshot that you’ve got Wild Plain and Blackhawk still to do. I don’t know why this is, but we had a player who had this happen too and they solved it by doing the other Kingdoms first.
Need to finish all the other Kingdom quests to get Nexus to appear.
