In the screenshot, the guild says < None >. Does that mean they aren’t in a guild, or does that mean they’re in a guild called “None”? Either way, it’s weird.
That means they’ve yet to join a Guild. I haven’t seen a Guild named < None >, that would be funny to see though.
Given that some special characters (including angle brackets) ARE allowed in Guild names, I’d think that a guildless player should display a blank placeholder for their Guild name…

I have a guildless player in my pvp ladder, I did a test battle and appears on the result screen.
