What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting gold mark battles to be available as usual. Is anyone seeing gold marks for the region bonus in pvp today? All I am seeing are silver marks.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? Noticed it today.
Steps to make it happen again Go to PvP, check out the two areas that have the orange icon and click on them. The region bonus is silver not gold marks like thet should be today.

Ensure you are Legionary VIII Rank or higher
Every Season restart, we get this report and it’s because players have dropped Alliance rank again and forget that you need to be this rank before Gold Mark region bonuses appear.
You are in the Alliance that won the Citadel War the day prior
If the Icon is just not appearing, force close and relaunch Gems of War
You have completed all 5 battles in the Gold Mark region
Thanks for the response. I didn’t see a post in the forum in the past few days, so I assumed it was a new issue. I didn’t know it was a recurring thing. Sorry about that.
To answer your question: I am at Legionary IX, so that must be the reason. I must not have noticed this before, if this is expected. That or I normally get more points on the first day of the new season than I did this week (very likely). I try to alternate between ruby & diamond leagues every week. This is the week where I “hope” I get relegated to ruby, so I try not to do any battles that are not necessary. Right now I only have 731 points, and I would need 1500 to get to legionary VIII.
I guess there is no point to boost my score up to 1500 today because that won’t flip the marks to gold, right? The citadel battles tomorrow should get me there most likely.
