I didn’t get any rare troops from Bright Forest with my event keys on console, is that intended or should I submit a ticket?
Depends did you use 10 or 1,000 Event Keys? If its a handful that is on purpose and still part of the Event Chest design.
I used about 250 Event Keys and got 2 copies of each Legendary and an obscene number of Florian’s plus the usual junk.

Looking at chest content on www.taransworld.com, this appears to be intended. Today the new Rare troops are in Gold and Glory Chests only according to that site.
Event Chests only containt Ultra-Rare and above.
