Thanks for the info.
I posted this after first GW. On the release of guild wars, there were two posts that suggested that you would be improving guild wars and listening to feedback. The info given is mostly about fixing issues created post beta.
The whole point of guild wars is currently lost with this iteration. I cannot even tell if one of my guildees is even playing, let alone know how they did or where they battled. There was a lot of information released to try and show how to play, but as a GL will know, trying to summarise and get players to fully grasp it has been a real challenge.
And then it’s hollow. No idea if your defence won, no idea who played where, who even played, who scored more than who, who followed the sets/maps rules and on. It’s like a golf course without any greens. Great shot on the fairway, but did I beat par?
We absolutely are crying out for the interaction aspect we used to have with the old guild wars, the inter guild competition, action and struggles/successes. Then we will eventually get competition vs accurate peers, which was also a good thing about the old version, but none of that actually works without inter guild information. When Guild Wars is on, there is almost zero data that helps, when it’s done, there is nothing.
Can you tell us what they are doing about the mode itself and what suggestions they are looking at?
