Explore any kingdom? Or are certain Arcane’s tied to specific kingdoms?
Leonis Empire or Sword’s Edge - both give Arcane Blade. You can check around on the map if you’re ever unsure. If you open up the Explore mode for a kingdom, it will show you what colour traitstones you can find there.
I know, but I don’t know what each arcane traitstone is supposed to look like lol

Not sure, but this site might possibly help you a little when it comes to were to farm for each arcanes, at least.

he is Crazy to trait up, I know, iv not even got him to 1st base yet 
I am saving my glory for the traitstones to show up. In the meantime this is helpful for exploring them

not sure where the table comes from but maybe its time to add drifting sands, blighted lands, glacial peaks, blackhawk, silverglade and whatever else is missing 
Be ware that arcane bloods (blue/red) are nowhere on the anticipated release list, which means it could be 3 months or more before you can finish traiting Jotnar if you don’t Explore.
