[Need more info] Can't play

every time i play since monday. e.g. Was this a once-off bug or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen after doing a particular game mode?_

Can you edit out the template text, so we can see just your report, and share some further information about what is happening?
Such as, is it when you try to load the game, is it in a specific game mode, etc?

And can you attach a screenshot of the error you are getting.

Im from México (I don’t know if this is important), my game crashes due to an unknown error and wont let me play

Please provide a rough outline (step by step) of what you were doing before the game crashed.

For example:

My game crashed just this morning. This is not YOUR crash, but I'll mention it as an example of how you ACTUALLY report things like this
  1. I accidentally left my game on overnight (across the Daily Reset). I had just finished a battle during this week’s Tower Invasion, and the game was on the Victory Rewards screen, but apparently I had set the console down (I was playing in handheld) and it powered off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
  2. Upon returning to the game in the morning, I dismiss the Victory Rewards screen, and exit out of the Tower Invasion menu, returning to the World Map.
  3. At this point the game tries to sync up with the server (as indicated by the spinning loading icon in the lower-right of the screen), then the screen switches to a Kingdom background as it tries to display the “Daily Login Rewards” screen – then the game crashes with a standard “The application was closed because an error occurred” error message.

Also, be prepared to give your in-game “Invite Code” (as shown in your Settings menu). This allows the dev team to identify you in the game’s server logs so they can get clues about what you were doing before the crash.

I was just playing a battle on monday and suddenly the game restated itself due to an unknown error. I haven’t been able to play any battles since then because every time I try the game restarts due to an unknown error.
