NEED HELP, sending ticket is useless

Hrmm, Seems like there are still some Goblin’s in the system causing some problems.

For everyone who has this issue, could you please try the following.

In Steam, Go to the library and Right Click on Gems of War.
Select Properties > General > Set Launch Options…

Inside this dialog, could you try “-force-opengl” (like this picture)

If this still crashes the game, could you try either of the following (deleting what was there before)
-force-d3d11
-force-glcore
-force-gles
-force-d3d9

Please post if any of these make the game work, or if it still breaks the game, and where it breaks!

Could you try any of the above launch options in steam to see if it fixes these problems?

Also, could you send through a file located inside the Gems of War Data Folder called output_log.txt?

To get to the file, in Steam, Go to the library and Right Click on Gems of War.
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files…
This should open up a new window. From here, open the GemsOfWar_Data folder, and the output_log.txt is located here.

Sending us this file will help us track down what is causing your issue!
