My complaint not being respectful

Couple of weeks ago I spoke I had spent 4000 in total when the ishtra dragon was released I understand ok I didn’t get but coming to find out that I didn’t received the new content instead of understanding my frustrations the tech support gonna say it didn’t happen like I didn’t just didn’t save 2month of gems(1000) cause really wanted this dragon cool art everything I have p2p n I have grinded to get all those keys 4000 in total just so they can say it didn’t happen it’s heartbreaking a game you love not acknowledging there mistake and blaming on you
