Not lyrics per se, but how about one about overpowered troops in general (Webspinner, Maw, Bone Dragon, etc) and needed Nerfs. @Tacet might have a historical list.

I have yet to do a top 10 troops yet, mainly because it changes a lot and would be at least 1/2 mythic. Closest thing to that is the top 10 unique traits, but don’t believe it is fully applicable due to additional traits that have been released since then:

Kanevan, how about an ode to the nerfed troops that used to be OP? Goblins, Maw, manticore, khorvash, and soon to be bone dragon - one verse each? A very rough off-the-top-of-my-head idea is below, I’m imagining it to a fairly fast gypsy punk / sailor shanty rhythm 
The goblins were so tricky with their many extra turns,
You’d sit there forever while their rocket set off burns,
Boar rider did the damage while the shaman made the gems,
But since they got the nerf i haven’t played with them again.
Well Maw’s always devoured but it wasn’t just the once,
She used to eat troops up for breakfast dinner, and for lunch,
When matching skulls your heart was in your mouth with fear of her,
But now I am no longer scared because she got the nerf.
The manticore can mana drain which always slows you down,
But when she was empowered, she was used all over town,
Whenever you were ready she would drain you down once more,
But since she got the nerf I rarely see her any more.
Leonis is an empire, and Khorvash tops its rank,
With stoneskin many thought he was the most ideal tank,
He stuns, he drains, he takes the hits, and has the perfect banner,
But now he’s armoured I no longer want to give him mana.
The Bone Dragon can make as many skulls as he can strip,
With courage and with wraith he always kills me off real quick,
He’s quick to fill and once he does the game is often done,
So Devs please nerf this s.o.b from here to kingdom come.
