game crashing. Just lost epic vault key
This isn’t a bug report.
THIS is a bug report:
(this is what I am guessing actually happened):
“I ran an Epic Vault Battle and won, but the game crashed when declaring victory. So I didn’t obtain any rewards and I lose the Epic Vault Key.”
Generally, be ready to provide the following information IN your report:
- What platform are you playing (PC, mobile, or which console) ? Certain types of bugs vary by platform.
- What is your in-game Invite Code (as shown on the game’s Settings page) ? The devs [u]need[u] this information to look up your battle in the serverside game logs and review what ultimately happened.
The good news is that all battle rewards are synced with the game server, meaning that as long as the server acknowledged a win then you have actually been issued the rewards, even if the game client crashed before it could display them.
